The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday relaunched its website, which has been redesigned to provide audiences with unparalleled access to the latest in entertainment news.
The relaunched HollywoodReporter.com features a modern look that showcases THR’s in-depth reporting, world-class photography and video, and exclusive features.
The updates mark HollywoodReporter.com’s first redesign since 2014. The redesign also marks a new chapter for the brand since becoming a part of Penske Media Corporation in September.
Reimagined around THR‘s 91-year-old mission of celebrating world-class reporting and connecting readers to their passions, the website features a new design reflective of the brand’s clean, distinguished style, a breaking news banner that will alert visitors to the top stories of the moment and a faster, more flexible home page, allowing readers to explore the stories they’re interested in and delve into the topics they care about most.
“We couldn’t be more excited for our readers to experience the reimagined website,” said Nekesa Mumbi Moody, THR‘s editorial director. “It will better highlight our unparalleled access to the entertainment industry and excellent journalism, from The Hollywood Reporter‘s investigative work and revealing features with newsmakers, to our coverage of breaking news and our reviews. It will also spotlight our multimedia efforts, including photo portraits, video, such as our esteemed Close Up With The Hollywood Reporter Roundtable series, and podcasts. Finally, the website will mirror THR‘s priorities to expand our coverage of diverse voices, younger talents and broader representation in Hollywood.”
In addition to a refreshed desktop webpage, the mobile version of HollywoodReporter.com will boast top loading speeds and responsiveness, as well as a clean, headline-first display so readers can quickly catch up on the latest news.
